Forum update, archives lost

For those of you that have been using these forums over the past years, I finally broke down and had to update them for security reasons. Unfortunately, however, the backups got corrupted in the process and the old data was lost. I deeply apologize for this inconvenience to the community surrounding Cagemonkey.org and the GunGame mod. However, the forum updates were a necessity that had to get done sooner rather than later.

Now that that is out of the way, I would like to say that I am very happy to be able to spend more time here now than in recent months. The GunGame community has continued to grow over the last few years as the game has become more and more popular among Counter Strike players around the world. I am committed to continued support for the game and other HalfLife mods. Even though the forum archives here have seemingly been lost, I will continue to pursue a means to salvage the old data and get it back up here.

More news will be coming as it happens. I will tell you all that the GunGame and its community is not going to get stale. We are very excited about a number of projects in the fire at the moment that will bring even greater functionality and stability to the GunGame in the near future.

Thanks, Smurf. It has been a while. Playing with you guys again is a lot of fun. Even HS}John Wayne is back. Good to see you all are doing well and still able to take a break for a little GunGame action every now and then.
